The CIT were looking for a complete solution for supply, fit and install across several sites over a three year period.
CIT’s vision was to work with a reliable company with exceptional account management, project management and customer service, whilst supplying great quality products at competitive prices. ACS Interiors were awarded this contract after a tender process of many months.
In true ACS style with a confident hands-on approach from start to finish we put our heart and soul into providing the best solution possible. We invited CIT to the ACS Interiors showroom, along with representatives from the main manufacturer’s to create a collaborative and practical strategy whilst the customer was present. The customer was able to see samples of chairs, fabrics/finish options of the products we were proposing, as well as getting a sense and feel of ACS, our culture and people.
Working together was paramount to the success of this school, we worked closely with the various manufacturers to ensure all items were delivered early and securely stored at the ACS storage centre until the site was ready to accept goods. This was one of the main strategies we implemented to ensure we could deliver all items within the customer timescales. With thorough planning and organisation by the project management team ACS delivered an exceptional install over 2 days, and can proudly say we have exceeded the customers’ expectations.
