Lloyds Clinical Ltd wanted to refresh their Harlow site, with a particular focus on the reception area and canteen space. The existing reception had a stocked desk with storage, but they required a more modern and professional space that would make a strong first impression on visitors while remaining functional for staff. The goal was to enhance branding, organisation, and accessibility throughout the site.
To achieve this transformation, we implemented a range of bespoke solutions to create a sleek, welcoming, and highly functional environment:
Designed under-stair storage to keep the reception area clutter-free, incorporating a small desk for sorting post.
Featuring illuminated branding for an eye-catching first impression. The desk included privacy screens to protect the privacy of the receptionist’s workspace while maintaining open interaction with visitors. It was also built to be DDA compliant, ensuring accessibility for wheelchair users.
Chairs and tables were selected to match the company branding, complemented by new carpets for a polished look.
Configured with branded content and company messaging, providing an engaging way to communicate with staff and visitors.
Installed exterior signage to strengthen brand identity, as well as interior graphics, modern acrylic-framed posters, and glass decals to create a visually striking and cohesive environment.
Supplied new meeting room furniture and bespoke credenza units to discreetly house IT equipment and cables, maintaining a clean and professional aesthetic.
